AIA Engineers, Ltd. can provide total contract
administration services including construction scheduling using computerized CPM
techniques, budget administration, cash flow projection, project cost
statistical analysis, productivity reports, claims administration, records
management and safety documentation. AIA will assign
experienced, qualified engineering staff as Resident Engineers to approve
design changes, prepare as-built drawings, consult with client and contractor
personnel on all field change orders. All AIA inspectors are NICET
certified experienced to monitor work in progress and document quantities,
milestones, and assure adherence to the plans and specifications.
AIA has a full service in-house
testing facility capable of performing most types of testing, ranging from
soils and materials testing, lab analysis, report documentation and design.
Laboratory personnel are certified by ACI, SAT, and FAA.
