	Over the past twenty two years, AIA has designed and engineered a wide range of projects, including civil infrastructures, pipelines, and site work including grading, drainage, foundations, roadway and bridges, commercial and industrial buildings, Utility Engineering as well as design of complex structures. AIA has also been very successful in providing design and Construction Management to various governmental and private agencies. AIA’s project development capabilities helps the client take a job from the conception/schematic stage through Plans, Specifications, and Estimates stage all the way to Construction Management and Inspection. AIA has the resources to complete other aspects of the projects including electrical, mechanical, facilities and plumbing, and can provide services for turn key projects. With our experience in highways and bridges, AIA can help with equipment transportation to remote sites, checking and providing improvement recommendations to bridges, and roadway geometry if needed.
